DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller of the personal data collected is Technology for Musicians with registered office in Strada Verona 65, 46100 Mantova (MN).
The personal data provided may be communicated to appropriately appointed consignees who will process the data as data processors and/or as appointees, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes.
The complete list of data processors and appointees of processing personal data is kept and can be consulted at the headquarters of the Data Controller.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION
Apart from that specified for navigation data and for data collected, the provision of data: with respect to the purposes referred to letter A) is optional but any refusal will make it impossible to implement the contractual commitments undertaken.

DATA COLLECTED AND METHODS OF TREATMENT
The personal data processed is collected as provided directly by the interested party or collected automatically.
The data provided directly by the interested party are all personal data that are provided to the Data Controller in any way, directly by the interested party.
The data collected automatically are navigation data. Although these data are not collected in order to be associated with the user's identity, they could indirectly, through processing and association with data collected by the Data Controller, allow their identification.
The collection of this data is essential for the functioning of the implicit renewal systems of the treatment (see the heading Methods of Treatment) and an integral part of the operation of the sending platform.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

DATA TRANSFER
In the event that personal data are transferred outside the European Union, for technical-operational purposes and to ensure high continuity of service, the Data Controller ensures that the transfer is based on an adequacy decision by the Commission, at the in order to ensure that the level of protection of natural persons guaranteed by current legislation and in particular by EU Regulation 2016/679 is not compromised.

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The provision of data for promotional, commercial, informational or research purposes is optional and the refusal to give the relative consent to the processing will result in the impossibility of being updated on commercial initiatives and/or promotional campaigns, of receiving offers or other promotional material.
The collected data will be processed using electronic or in any case automated, computerized and telematic tools, or through manual processing with logic strictly related to the purposes for which the personal data were collected and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security of the same in any case.

The personal data provided may be communicated to suitably appointed recipients who will process the data as data processors and/or agents.
The Data Controller does not communicate any of the data subjects' information to third parties without their consent, except where required by law. In any case, the dissemination of the personal data processed is excluded

The consultation request must be made by sending a specific email to info@technologyformusicians.com in order to plan the activities in a manner consistent with the operational needs of the company.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Pursuant to articles 15 - 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679 each interested party is granted a series of rights:
Right of Access: the interested party, pursuant to art. 15, has the right to obtain confirmation that personal data concerning him is being processed and, if necessary, to obtain a copy. You also have the right to obtain access to personal data concerning you and to further information such as the purpose of the processing, the categories of recipients, the data retention period and the exercisable rights.
Right of rectification: the interested party, pursuant to art. 16, has the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or the integration of the same.
Right to cancellation: the interested party has the right to obtain the cancellation of personal data concerning him, without unjustified delay, if one of the reasons provided for by art. 17.
Right to limitation of treatment: the interested party has the right, in the cases provided for by Article 18 of Regulation 2016/679, to obtain limitation of treatment.
Right to data portability: the data subject has the right to receive personal data concerning him or her in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format and has the right to transmit such data to another holder without impediment, according to the provided for by art. 20 of Regulation 2016/679;
Right to object to processing: the interested party has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him in accordance with the provisions of art. 21 of Regulation 2016/679.
Interested parties have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority in the Member State in which they usually reside or work or in the State in which the alleged violation occurred.

The Data Controller will, within the time limits established by current legislation, provide a timely response to requests to exercise the rights of the interested parties.
